Mitjili Napurrula (1945 – 2019) was a Pintupi woman born at Haasts Bluff around 1945. Her family is one of great importance in the Aboriginal community of Papunya.
Mitjili paints the topography of her father's country Uwalki, with its pristine sand hills, shrubs and Watiya which are the trees that traditionally provide wood for spears.
